Praia Pesqueira is a beach and a village in Caué District on São Tomé Island in São Tomé and Príncipe. Its population is 206 (2008 est.). The locality is located just south of Dona Augusta, east of Ribeira Peixe and east-southeast of Vila Clotilde. As to the entire south part of the island and the district, its primary language is Angolar creole.

The beach and the settlement is named after fishermen dominated there and still does today. It was founded as Praya Pesquera and also as Praya Pesqueyra. Not long after, the 1911 Orthography Reform made by Portugal which removed the y and became replaced with an i, which included the settlement and became Praia Pesqueira. The older form continued to be used for a few more decades even after the orthography reform of 1931 in Brazil, notably in Forro, even comparative but not in Angolar.

Agriculture is the dominant industry as well as fishing. Cocoa and coffee has been the dominant crop and covers most the whole village's production.
