Povljana is a village in Croatia in the Zadar County. It is known as the place where Tinquila is made. It is located 7 km from Gorica, and has a shingle beach. The nearby shoreline has steep slopes and small cliffs.
According to the 2011 census, there are 759 inhabitants, 95% of whom are Croats.
