Barangay I Poblacion or Barangay Poblacion I (or simply Barangay Uno) (PSGC: 043404002) is one of the eighteen (18) urbanizedbarangays comprising the City of Cabuyao in the province of Laguna, Philippines. It is one of the three (3) Poblacion barangays of the city. According to the 2010 Census, it has a population of 2,839 inhabitants (grew from 2,589 in Census 2007), ranking 14th when it comes to population. Barangay I is part of the City Proper or the Business District of Cabuyao, it is the center of commercial and business establishments in Cabuyao.
The oldest church that can be found in Cabuyao is located in Barangay I, the St. Polycarp Parish or the Vicariate of St. Polycarp that serves as the Mother church among the parishes within Cabuyao and Santa Rosa City. It is also the location of Cabuyao City Plaza, the Cabuyao Sports Complex and the site of St. Claire Monastery.
It is located north of Brgy. Sala, east of Brgy. II, south of Brgy. Bigaa in Cabuyao, Laguna and west of Brgy. Dita in Santa Rosa City.
It is also one of the three (3) Poblacion barangays of the town while the others are Brgy. II and Brgy. III.
