Philip Seccombe is the Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner, representing the Conservative Party. He was elected at the elections for police and crime commissioners held across England and Wales on 5 May 2016. Seccombe, who also serves as a councillor on Stratford upon Avon District Council, was elected with 43,208 votes. His nearest rival, Labour candidate Julie Jackson secured 35,108.
Married to first female leader of Warwickshire County Council and chair of national LGA Community Wellness Board, Izzi Seccombe.
