Peter Carl Minack (born in 1961 or 1962), better known by his former stage name Ron Hitler-Barassi is a retired Australian singer who was the vocalist for the alternative rock band TISM between 1983 and 2004.

Minack was born to a German father and Irish Australian mother in Richmond in 1961 or 1962.

In the 1980s, he sang in a punk band called I Can Run with bassist Eugene Cester and drummer Damian Cowell. The latter two would form TISM in 1982, with Minack joining them the year later. TISM remained anonymous throughout their career, with Minack adopting the stage name "Ron Hitler-Barassi", a reference to his German background and Richmond fandom.

In 2000, he released a book based on the American Civil War called Campaigning with Grant.

TISM split up at the end of 2004 and Minack returned to his day job as a teacher in Melbourne.
