Pavlos Dermitzakis (Greek: Παύλος Δερμιτζάκης; born 29 June 1969 in Kavala, Greece) is a Greek football manager and former player who is the current manager of Ermis Aradippou.
He started his professional career in the age of 18 as a player of Kavala. In his career he played also for PAOK, Athinaikos, Kalamata, Ergotelis, Panegialios, EAR, Anagennisi Karditsa, and Atromitos Athens.
He was hired at Panthrakikos F.C. as head coach from the beginning of 2010. On 24 July 2010 he moved at PAOK but he was fired a few months later (on 17 October 2010) after some bad results especially in the Greek league. On 21 January 2011 Asteras Tripolis announced that had an agreement for 1,5 years but on 17 May 2011 the two sides decided to stop their collaboration
