Pavel Nikolayevich Gusev

Pavel Nikolayevich Gusev (Russian: Павел Николаевич Гусев; born 4 April 1949, Moscow) is a Soviet and Russian journalist and public figure. He is the editor-in-chief (since 1983) and owner of the newspaper Moskovskij Komsomolets. Chairman of the Moscow Union of Journalists (1991). Member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation.

A member of the Presidential Council on Civil Society and Human Rights. Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation (with 24 April 2013).
