Pavel Dochev (Bulgarian: Павел Дочев) (born 28 September 1965) is a retired Bulgarian football defender. Since his retirement from professional football in 2002, he has managed several football teams, mostly in Germany.
Lastly, he was manager of Erzgebirge Aue, with whom he finished second in the 2015-16 3. Liga season, thus gaining direct promotion to the 2. Liga. During the same season, he won the regional cup of Sachsen.
