Paul Mason is an American film producer and scriptwriter.

Mason served for a decade as a Senior Vice President at Viacom incharge of its production division and at Showtime; while at Viacom, he analyzed projects worth more than US$ 300 million in their annual value. He also served as a President at Trans World Entertainment in charge of motion pictures.

Mason is credited with more than 50 films, 23 cable movies, 22 TV movies and 8 TV series as Producer; and 14 films as Executive Producer.

He was honored as the producer and the writer of McMillan & Wife, receiving twice the Fame Magazine's Critic Award.

He was honored as the producer of Ironside, being nominated for the Emmy and receiving first Image Award from NAACP.

Mason is a graduate of Northwestern University.
