Paul Hector Paul Manoj Pandian (born 8 August 1971) is a politician and former Member of the Legislative Assembly. He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly as an Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam candidate from Cheranmadevi constituency in 2001 election.
Great Grand Son of Rao Sahib; son of Dr P.H. Pandian, who was Speaker of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly 1984-89 and Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha); son of Dr. Cyndthia Pandian, MA., M.Ed., Mphil., Ph.d who was Vice-Chancellor of Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli. Brother of Leading Corporate Advocate Mr.P.H. Aravind Pandian ADDL, Advocate Central Govt of Tamil Nadu. Mrs Deepti Manoj Pandian, MBA - Wife, Two daughters, Niranjana Pandian (VIIth Std) & Nivedhana Pandian (Vth Std, 98 marks out of 100 in third standard Tamil Literature paper, future MA [in classical literature] ).

Had been instrumental in the establishment of the Mano College which is a College of the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in Govindaperi Village which was a long pending request of the people of almost 50 village in and around Govindaperi Village, mainly Christians. Has sanctioned Rs.50.00 lakhs as a Member of Raiya Sabha for the construction of buildings for the Mano College in Govindaperi in the interest of the students.
