Patrick Grettnich (born 3 March 1972) is a retired Luxembourgian footballer who is now a manager. He is the son of former Luxembourg national football team player John Grettnich.
Grettnich played for three different teams at Luxembourg's highest level and won some local fame when he scored a hattrick in the 2000/2001 Cup Final win against FC Wiltz 71.
Having played for FC Etzella Ettelbruck at the end of his career, he went on to manage fellow Nordstad team FC Erpeldange 72 in the Division of Honour. Since 9 October 2013 he is the manager of Strassen based football club UNA Strassen.
