Patrick Gorman is an American theatre, film and television actor (birth name, Patrick O. Gorman, "O" is initial only, no middle name).

Gorman spent 8 years in the military and had extensive acting training including studies in Paris, France. While in Paris he had a stint in the Cirque Medrano as a clown. He has a background in musical comedy performing in Judy Garland's act around the country and at the Palace Theatre (Broadway) in New York City. Some of his more memorable appearances in film include the 1975 film Three Days of the Condor, 1993's war epic Gettysburg, 1995's Wild Bill, 1997's Rough Riders and his reprisal of the role of Confederate General John Bell Hood in the 2003 film Gods and Generals. His television credits include the 1981 Masada, Renegade, Happy Days, MacGyver, The Drew Carey Show and most recently in 2013 appearances in episodes of NCIS:LA and recurring in Sleepy Hollow.

Patrick retains his work-ethic from dance and still trains in Aikido and was awarded his 4th Degree Black Belt in May 2015. He coaches young actors and returning Vets in his spare time. He is also a member of the Executive Committee for the Student Academy Awards. His other passions are poker, chess, Japanese calligraphy and the Foreign Language Committee for the Oscars.
