Patricio Athelstan Scantlebury (November 11, 1917, in Gatun Lake, Panama – May 24, 1991) was a professional baseball player who played 1 season for the Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball, but was mostly known for his time in the Negro leagues when he was considered Panama's first Professional baseball star on foreign soil. He made his Major League debut at the age of 38 years, 160 days.
