Pasteurella testudinis is a Gram-negative, nonmotile, rod-shaped species of bacteria belonging to the Pasteurellaceae family. Strains of this species were isolated from desert tortoises (Gopherus agassizi).

P. testudinis may be pathogenic in tortoises.
