Pasuruan (Dutch: Pasoeroean) is a city of East Java, Java, Indonesia. It covers an area of 35.29 sq.km, and had a population of 186,262 at the 2010 Census; the latest official estimate (as at January 2014) was 191,494. It is surrounded by but administratively separate from Pasuruan Regency. It is located around 65 kilometers of South East from Surabaya.
