Pascal Lochard (born September 17, 1990) is a Canadian football running back for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted by the BC Lions in the second round of the 2014 CFL Draft. He played CIS football at Laval University.
Lochard was named the most valuable player of the 49th Vanier Cup, winning the Ted Morris Memorial Trophy.
Lochard was selected by the BC Lions with the fourteenth pick in the 2014 CFL Draft.
Lochard signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on February 9, 2016.
