Parents for Education Foundation or PAREF is an educational foundation established by parents that administers schools for basic education in the Philippines. It owns several single-sex Catholic schools that are closely affiliated with Opus Dei.
Founded in 1975, the schools of PAREF aim to provide a complete education in academic, emotional, physical, social, intellectual, cultural, and spiritual aspects. Its core educational philosophy rests on the principle, supported by research, that the fullness of a child's education is effectively realized through the integral formation first of the parents, second of the teachers, the two most influential teachers of children.
PAREF presently has eleven schools: Southridge (Muntinlupa), Woodrose (Muntinlupa), Ridgefield (Muntinlupa), Rosemont (Muntinlupa), Rosehill (Antipolo), Rosefield (Quezon City), Southcrest (Cebu City), Westbridge (Iloilo City), Northfield (Quezon City), Springdale (Cebu City) and Southdale (Cebu City).
