Panathinaikos AC Women's Basketball is the women's basketball department of the major Greek multi-sport club Panathinaikos A.O.. The club is based in Athens, Greece. The department was founded in 1937 creating the first and oldest women's basketball team in the country. Pavlos Giannakopoulos Indoor Hall is the home arena of the team.
They are the only unrelegated team with participation in every First Division Championship until today. They have won 4 times the Championship (1997–98, 1999-00, 2004–05, 2012-13) and once the Greek Cup (1999-00).
