Grant Sweenie
Paisley Rugby Club is an amateur rugby union club based at the Anchor Recreation Grounds in Paisley. The club is currently in the West Regional League West Two.
The club runs two adult teams and a host of youth teams. The 1st XV is coached by Grant Sweenie and Gordon Powrie and captained by David Dodd.
With a mix of youth and experience, Paisley's 1st XV have established themselves in West Regional League West Two after finishing 3rd in the 2016-17 season making it there 3rd successive season on improving there league position following gaining promotion for the West Regional League West Three in the 2013-14 season. Paisley's 2nd XV finished 9th in the BT Reserve League West 2 2015-16 season.
