Pablo Machín Díez (born 7 April 1975) is a Spanish retired footballer, and the current coach of Girona FC.
Born in Soria, Machín began his managerial career at CD Numancia's youth setup, and was promoted to reserve team in Tercera División in 2006. After leading the club to the play-offs, he was appointed the main squad's assistant in the 2007 summer.
On 30 May 2011 Machín was appointed first-team manager in Segunda División, replacing fired Juan Carlos Unzué. After retaining the category status in the following two seasons, he left the Rojillos.
On 9 March 2014, Machín replaced fired Javi López at the helm of Girona FC. After an impressive 2014–15 campaign which his side finished third but failed to promote, he signed a two-year contract extension with the club, until 2018.
