Oscar Forman (born 16 January 1982) is an Australian professional basketball player for the Illawarra Hawks of the National Basketball League (NBL). While playing primarily as a power forward, Forman is often used as a small forward where he has gained a reputation as specialist three-point shooter. Forman played as a junior for the Sturt Sabres and represented the Sabres in the Central Australian Basketball League, earning the Woollacott Medal in 2005 for being the Central ABL's best and fairest. Other honours include being chosen as a member of the Australian team that competed at the 2003 World University Summer Games in Korea, and was also part of the Boomers' extended squad chosen for the Commonwealth Games in 2006, but did not get selected for the final team.

Forman played for the Adelaide 36ers from 2001 until 2006, winning a championship with the club in 2002, before moving to the New Zealand Breakers for the 2006–07 season. He led the NBL in three-point shooting percentage in the 2004–05 season, with an average of 47%.

In 2007 and 2008, Forman played for the Harbour Heat of New Zealand National Basketball League (NZNBL), earning All-Star Five honours in his first year with the club.

In July 2007, Forman re-signed with the Breakers on a three-year deal.

In April 2010, Forman signed a one-year deal with the Wollongong Hawks. He went on to win the 2010–11 NBL Most Improved Player Award, capping off a successful move to Wollongong.

Forman continued on with the Hawks in 2011–12 and 2012–13, earning the starting small forward spot for the North All-Stars at the 2012 NBL All-Star Game played at the Adelaide Arena. He joined fellow Hawks players Adris Deleon and Lance Hurdle, as well as his Wollongong coach Gordie McLeod who was the coach for the North team. Forman also participated in the All-Star Three-Point Shootout.
