Orlando Brown (born December 4, 1987) is an American actor, voice actor, rapper, and singer. He is best known for his role as Eddie Thomas in That's So Raven, 3J Winslow in Family Matters, Max in Two of a Kind, Damey Wayne in Waynehead, Dobbs in Max Keeble's Big Move, and Frankie in Eddie's Million Dollar Cook Off.
Orlando Brown was born in Los Angeles, California.
When he was a child actor, his roles included those of Tiger in Major Payne and Nelson on The Jamie Foxx Show. He also did the voice of Sticky Webb on the animated TV series The Proud Family, and of the lead character, Cornelius Fillmore, on the animated show Fillmore.
Brown made songs with Akon, Sean Kingston, T-Pain, Pimp C, Raven Symone, Rayven Justice, TravStar, and others. He released a studio album titled Trade It All.
On February 29, 2016, Brown was arrested in Torrance, California, and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, obstruction of justice, drug possession with intent to sell, and having contraband in jail.
