Oak-Land Jr. High School is located in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Oak-Land is part of the Stillwater Area Public Schools, independent school district #834. Oak-Land Jr. High is attended by approximately 1,000 7th, 8th and 9th Grade students.
Oak-Land is one of two junior high schools that serve the Stillwater Area School District. The majority of the student population (grades 7-8-9) come from Lake Elmo, Andersen, and Afton-Lakeland elementary schools.
Oak-Land Junior High has a chapter of the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS). The NJHS is a service-oriented organization, designed to promote teamwork, leadership and good character. The member requirements are good citizenship skills and high grade-point averages. Members were selected by a panel of Oak-Land staff members who reviewed applications, essays and letters of reference.
Oak-Land Jr. High School provides 7-9 education to residents of the Stillwater and Lake Elmo area.
Oak-Land has a large variety of athletic programs available to the students.
Oak-Land also offers students a variety of Performing Arts options from Drama, Art, and Music, to Video Production.
