The OVW Tag Team Championship is the tag team titles of Ohio Valley Wrestling. Created in 1997, the first champions were Nick Dinsmore and Flash Flanagan.
The current champions are Team Next Level (Devin Driscoll and Tony Gunn). They defeated Big Smooth (Big Jon and Justin Smooth) for the championships on January 25, 2017 at an OVW TV Taping from Louisville, Kentucky.
