OBS Gyeongin TV is a South Korean regional television station covering Gyeonggi Province, Incheon and, since 2011, Seoul. It is the only private terrestrial commercial television broadcaster with no regional network affiliate unlike other terrestrial networks. The channel is on LCN 8-1 and the call sign is HLQS-DTV.
