Norwegian Oil Industry Association

Norwegian Oil & Gas (Norwegian: Norsk olje og gass) is an employers' organisation in Norway, organized under the national Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise. Up to 2012 it was called the Norwegian Oil Industry Association (Norwegian: Oljeindustriens Landsforening, OLF)

The current director-general is Gro Brækken. Chairman of the board is Steinar Våge.

Its predecessor organisation, the Norwegian Employers Association for Operator Companies, was founded in 1981.
