Nootrukku Nooru(English: Hundred out of Hundred) is a 1971 Tamil-language suspense thriller film directed and written by K. Balachander. It stars Jaishankar and Lakshmi in the lead with Nagesh, Vijayalalitha and Srividya in other pivotal roles. The story is about a college professor who is accused by three girls for sexual harassment, just before his marriage.
Prakash (Jaishankar), a college professor is accused by three girls, Srividya, Vijayalalitha and Jayakumari for different reasons but with the same note that he has sexually harassed them, just before his marriage. His fiancee Lakshmi sets out to investigate along with some of his dutiful students, Nagesh. It is finally revealed that Jaishankar is innocent and the girls blamed him to escape from their convenience.
The music composed by V. Kumar. The song "Naan Unnai" was remixed by Thaman in Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya (2013).
Remake of the film was planned by director Selva featuring Vinay and Sneha, however, it was called after pre-production stages following the financial problems of producers Kavithalayaa Productions.
