Nonsteroidal

Nonsteroidal is a term used to describe a compound that is not a steroid and to indicate as such.

It is used in the name of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to distinguish them from corticosteroids as a class of anti-inflammatory agents.
