Noel Hartnett (1909–1960) was an Irish politician, barrister, broadcaster and writer. He was a Clann na Poblachta member of Seanad Éireann from 1951 to 1954. He was elected to the 7th Seanad in 1951 by the Labour Panel. He lost his seat at the 1954 Seanad election.
He stood unsuccessfully for Dáil Éireann on two occasions. He stood as a Clann na Poblachta candidate for the Dún Laoghaire and Rathdown constituency at the 1948 general election, and as a National Progressive Democrats candidate in the Dublin South-Central constituency at the June 1958 by-election.
