Live Performance Feb. 85 is an album by the Japanese noise musician Merzbow. It was released by both Le Syndicat in France and Merzbow's own ZSF Produkt label. Despite the title, it was recorded at Merzbow's home studio. It was soon reissued on ZSF retitled Nil Vagina Mail-Action. The reissue says that it was originally released as Life Performance, but the original releases have it written "Live". It was reissued on CD on March 7, 2016 by Cold Spring titled simply Life Performance.
A "Nil Vagina tape loop" is listed as being used on Solonoise 1, Solonoise 2, and Lowest Music 2. Material from Solonoise 2 and Lowest Music 2 are included as Nil Vagina Tape Loops in the Merzbox (2000). The title Nil Vagina Mail-Action was also used for a paper anti-record given away for free in 1986. It is a 12" paper disk printed with pink graphics on one side and the Crocidura Dsi Nezumi cover in brown on the reverse. It is listed as part of Merzbow's discography in the Merzbook and in Studio Voice magazine. An EP called Nil Vagina for Mice was released in 1993.
Both versions on ZSF Produkt were made with several different covers.
