Nicholas James Sebastian Rowe (born 22 November 1966) is a Scottish actor. Early in his career, he portrayed the young Sherlock Holmes in Barry Levinson's production Young Sherlock Holmes (1985).

Rowe was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, the son of English parents Alison, a singer, and Andrew Rowe, a Conservative Party Member of Parliament and editor. He attended Eton, where he acted in school productions, and received a BA in Hispanic Studies from Bristol University.

Rowe has appeared in various films, television programmes and plays. He played Sherlock Holmes in Barry Levinson's production Young Sherlock Holmes, having read for the part while a pupil at Eton.

Rowe was the partner of Lou Gish for six years, until her death from cancer in February 2006.
