Newport City is a 25-hectare (62-acre) residential and commercial area situated next to the Villamor golf course and Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Metro Manila, Philippines. It was developed by Megaworld Corporation under its subsidiary Megaworld Newport Property Holdings, Inc. and houses Resorts World Manila.

It combines a residential block, hotels including Marriott and Maxims, a themed entertainment and commercial hub, a cyberpark and an institutional center.

Only 40 percent of the low-density enclave was set aside for buildings. The rest of the area is dedicated for parks and landscaped gardens.
