Nepenthes halmahera is a tropical pitcher plant native to the island of Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia. It has thus far only been recorded from the Weda Bay Nickel Project concession area, where it grows in open areas on ultramafic substrates at 10–760 m above sea level. The type specimen used to be regarded as an aberrant representative of N. danseri.
