"Neighbors from Hell" is the third episode of the seventh season of the anthology television series American Horror Story. It aired on September 19, 2017, on the cable network FX. The episode was written by James Wong, and directed by Gwyneth Horder-Payton.

A young woman named Rosie (Laura Allen) consults with Dr. Rudy Vincent. He has helped her overcome her fear of confined spaces. Later, she and her husband (Ron Melendez) are attacked by clowns and locked in coffins. They eventually suffocate. The incident leaves police and local reporter Beverly Hope baffled.

Ally is wracked with guilt for killing Pedro. Detective Samuels clears her of all charges on the notion of self-defense as Michigan has a stand-your-ground law. As a result, Ally becomes targeted by picketers who protest Pedro's death in front of the Butchery. Kai, admiring her "courage", comes to Ally's aid and offers his protection. Harrison and Meadow berate Ally for her actions, labeling her as a racist. In the evening, Ally and Ivy witness a truck dispersing an unknown chemical. In the morning, dozens of dead birds are sprawled across their lawn. Later that day, Ally and Ivy's address is posted online in a sex ad beckoning strangers to walk in unannounced to their home. Ally instantly believes the Wiltons to be responsible.

Oz is later given a guinea pig as a so-called peace offering from Harrison and Meadow. Ally believes this to be an attempt to drive a wedge between her and Oz as she does not allow pets. Ally ultimately allows Oz to keep the guinea pig after a family dinner at the Butchery; however, they return home to discover the animal being microwaved and subsequently exploding (in addition to a haunting red smile, the sign of the homicidal clowns, painted on their front door). Ally confronts the Wiltons, punching Harrison and threatening their lives, but they heavily deny their involvement. Afterwards, Ally and Ivy discover the Wiltons' home has been branded with the same symbol, but Ally neglects to warn them. Next, Ally confronts the operators of the chemical truck and discovers that they wears masks branded with the clown symbol.
