Neff Headwear, Inc. is a privately held company based in Camarillo, California that markets beanies, hats, tees, gloves, and other accessories. The company was founded in 2002. Neff Headwear products are targeted to the snowboarding, skating, surfing and lifestyle markets. Neff products are sold through various retailers, specialty outlets and online stores. Neff is currently sold in 45+ countries and is branching out into other parts of the active fashion world with Neff Vision and Neff Time lines. Each year, Neff has their initiative of “Neff Hope” which is to guarantee “its pattern of constant growth and innovation.”

Shaun Neff founded Neff Headwear while going to college at Brigham Young University in Utah in the winter of 2002. The first products were hand-knit beanies tagged with Neff and were first sold at the Milo snow and skate shop in Utah. In August 2011, the company was featured on Forbes as "The Cool Factor Business Model," where Neff was quoted saying "We were the only headwear company in the game!" which has helped them find success being the first to market. Neff was the first solely based snow and skate headwear company in the world. In 2010, Shaun Neff was featured in Sony Vaio's "Make Believe" advertising campaign along with other young entrepreneurs. In addition the company has received various media spotlights from Teen Vogue, XXL, Antenna magazine and many more. Neff is currently sold in national lifestyle retailers such as Zumiez, Eminent Lifestyle, Tilly's, and online at Amazon, Zappos, and CCS.

In 2009, Neff Headwear teamed up with Snoop Dogg, an American entertainer, rapper, record producer and actor. The two collaborated and Snoop received his very own signature Neff x Snoop collection, featuring tees, hats, beanies and facemasks. Neff, created an icon for Snoop known as "Microdogg," which is featured on all his signature pieces. Neff has also recently teamed up with deadmau5, a Canadian electronic music artist, to create Neffmau5, a line that will create shirts and other clothing.
