Ned Porteous is a British actor, most recently playing the guest roles of Mark Fowler in the BBC continuing drama EastEnders and Tom Waterhouse in ITV's Emmerdale.

Porteous made his acting debut during an episode on Holby City as Rufus Lucas in "Shockwaves". He then featured in a 13-episode stint in the BBC soap EastEnders as Mark Fowler between 11 August and 9 September 2016. On 13 September 2017, he started in the rival ITV soap Emmerdale playing the part of young businessman Tom Waterhouse.
