The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation (previously the National Chamber Foundation until January 2013) is the nonprofit arm of the United States Chamber of Commerce. The Foundation is dedicated to strengthening America’s long-term competitiveness. It educates the public on the conditions necessary for business and communities to thrive, how business positively impacts communities, and emerging issues and creative solutions that will shape the future.

The Foundation focuses its work on educating the public on how businesses do well, do good, and prepare for the future. The Foundation includes several "centers" devoted to research on a variety of issues relating to the business world and Free Enterprise system. They include:
