Natalya Borisovna Pochinok née Gribkova (Russian: Наталья Борисовна Починок) is a D.Sc. in Economic Sciences, professor, rector of Russian State Social University (on June 2, 2014 performed the duties in January 2015, elected to the post).
In 1991-1994 she was a member of the junior national team of Russia in athletics, which included victories in the international competitions in running. Master of Sports of Russia.
She has two higher education - economic (Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, 1997) and legal (Russian State Social University, 2002).
In April 2016, she has become a member of the Civic Chamber of Moscow the second convocation.
She was married to the Minister of Labour and Social Development Alexander Pochinok, has two sons.
