Narendra Maharjan is a leading movie producer, distributor, exhibitor and actor. President of distribution company FD. Who produced successful movies like First Love (2010), Loot (2012), Chhadke (2013), Mission Paisa Reloaded (2015), Fanko (2016).
Narendra Maharjan was born on 10 December 1966. His father is Nand Bahadur Maharjan of Bhutandevi Mandir Road, Hetauda ward no 10, Makwanpur District, Nepal. He completed his school from Tribhuvan Hanuman Higher Secondary School (Birgunj) and college from Thakurram Multiple college (Birgunj).
Narendra Maharjan started his carrier as distributor of hindi movies Aag and Krantiveer in Nepal, Later on He co-produced the movies Maute Dai, Dulaha Raja, Dulahi Rani, Dharmaputra, Dhansampati, Upahar, Sukha Dukha, He also a chairman of the FD Company Pvt. Ltd. in 2012 which distribute 90% of the movies produced in Nepal all over the country.
He is also operating six cinema exhibition centers in different part of the country where he holds a position of chairperson in Bina Chalchitra Mandir, a coordinator and a share holder in OM and OMAX Chalchitra Mandir and is a contractor of Janajyoti Chalchitra Mandir, Satya Chalchitra Mandir and JiwanDeep Chalchitra Mandir.
He is also Involved with the professional organizations where he hold the position of Central member in Nepal Motion Picture Association and Pro-Public Cineworkers Association Nepal and as a member in Nepal National Commerce Association and Nepal Motion Picture Producer Association
