Nagesh Thiraiyarangam (English: Nagesh Theatre) is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language horror drama film produced by Rajendra M Rajan and Punitha Rajan for Transindia Media & Entertainment Private Limited and directed by Isaq, starring Aari, Ashna Zaveri, Latha, Sithara, Kaali Venkat, Masoom Shankar, Manobala, Chithra Lakshmanan, Madhan Bob, Muthuraman, Lollu Sabha Swaminathan and Florent Pereira playing important roles.

The film's first look poster was released by tamil film directors Ameer and Karu Pazhaniappan on lead actor Aari's birthday and the teaser of the film was released by actor Rajinikanth on 30 March, 2017.

The film revolves around the Nagesh Theatre, now occupied by a ghost. Aari plays a Real estate broker named Nagesh who is trying to sell the theatre, while heroine Ashna Zaveri plays a girl who sells books.

Issack, who created a Guinness World Record earlier with Agadam was fascinated by the legacy of Nagesh Theatre which was later converted into a marriage hall. He weaved a story of a Real estate agent getting suffocated in real estate business. Transindia Media & Entertainment Private Limited decided to bankroll the project. Sri was signed as the music director while M. S. Prabhu and S.Devaraj was signed as cinematographer and editor respectively. Umadevi was signed as one among the lyricists of the film along with Thamarai and newcomers Jagan Set & Murugan Manthiram.
