Naccinarkiniyar

Naccinarkiniyar (fl. ca. 14th century AD) was a classical Tamil writer and commentator of the medieval period.

Naccinarkiniyar was a Saivite Brahmin who was popular for his commentary on the Tholkappiyam. He belonged to the Bharadwaja gotra and was born in the city of Madurai.

Nacinarkiniyar wrote commentaries on the Tolkāppiyam, Pattuppāṭṭu, Kaliththokai, Kuṟuntokai and Civaka Cintamani.
