My Weird School

My Weird School is a series of humorous books by author Dan Gutman, written in first-person narrative style. The original series has grown to include other companion series.

The main character in the series is Arlo Jervis, better known as "A.J.", a boy who dislikes school. He attends Ella Mentry School, together with his archenemy, Andrea Young, and his friends Alexia, Ryan, Michael, and Neil.

This series was from July 1, 2001 to January 22, 2008.

The books in this series will come out from 2015 to 2018. These books involve Mr. Granite leaving Ella Mentry and a new teacher named Mr. Cooper appearing. Mr. Cooper believes he is a superhero, however, he is not.

She agrees with everything Andrea says, causing A.J. to think that the two are the most annoying students he has ever met. Emily is sometimes called a "crybaby", as she always cries and "runs out of the room" when A.J. says something mean to her. Emily has appeared in every book except Mr. Sunny Is Funny!
