In 1994, singer Patrícia Marx recorded the song for her album Ficar Com Você. In 2008, Preta Gil recorded the song for the soundtrack of the telenovela Caminhos do Coração (Rede Record).
"Mutante" was recorded by brazilian singer Daniela Mercury, for her sixth studio album Sou de Qualquer Lugar (2001). It was released as second single on the same year by the label BMG. The song reached a huge popularity on brazilian radios, and also won an Prêmio Multishow de Música Brasileira award. Mercury's version was included on the soundtrack of the telenovela Desejos de Mulher (Rede Globo).
