Musa Khan (reigned: 1599-1610) was the leader of Bara-Bhuiyans of the Bhati region. He was the son and successor of Isa Khan.

After the death of his father in 1599, Musa Khan took power of Bengal as the chief of the Bara-Bhuiyans. Continuing his father's legacy, he resisted Mughal invasion for more than a decade until 10 July 1610 when he was dethroned by Islam Khan, the army general of the Mughal Jahangir, and imprisoned him. Later during the reign of Subahdar Ibrahim Khan Fath-i-Jang (reigned: 1617-1624), he became loyal to the Mughal force. He actively participated in the conquest of Tripura and the suppression of revolt in Kamrup.

He died in 1623 in Dhaka. He was buried in Bagh-i-Musa-Khan, close to Musa Khan Mosque. It is situated within a present-day residence hall compound of Dhaka University.
