The Municipality of Kostel (pronounced [ˈkɔːstɛu̯]; Slovene: Občina Kostel) is a municipality in southern Slovenia. Its seat is the settlement of Kostel. It is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and is now included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region.
