Mount Cobb is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,799 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 7.29 square miles (18.9 km²), of which, 7.14 square miles (18 km²) of it is land and 0.15 square miles (0.05 km²) of it (2.06%) is water.
