Motorsport Network


Motorsport Network is an American-based multinational digital media company headquartered in Miami, Florida. Its family of digital properties includes: Motorsport.com, Motor1.com, Motorstore.com, Motorsport.tv, Motorsportstats.com, FerrariChat.com, Giorgio Piola, Amalgam Collection and RideApart.com.

The Motorsport Network was formed in 2015.

In May 2016, Motorsport Network acquired iconic English company Amalgam Holdings. In April 2016, Motorsport Network launched an e-commerce platform named Motorstore.com.

In October 2016, Motorsport Network bought the motorsport properties of Haymarket Media Group, which includes Autosport, F1 Racing and LAT Photographic. In November 2016, the company bought Motors TV. In April 2017, Motorsport Network bought Keith Sutton's and David Phipp's photographic archives.

In May 2017, Motorsport Network released the results of its Formula 1 survey. Conducted in conjunction with Nielsen Sports, the survey revealed  that there was a 44 percent increase in fan belief that Formula 1 is “the pinnacle of motorsport” and a 43 percent increase in fan belief that Formula 1 fields “the best drivers.” Additionally, the amount of respondents who described F1 as “exciting” had tripled from 2015 to 2017. The survey was conducted in 15 languages with 215,872 participants from 194 countries taking place.

The same month, Motorsport.com’s digital production team has scored three major awards for its coverage of international motorsport at the 38th Annual Telly Awards Show. The won awards for Inside WEC, Ferrari Finali Mondiali and Sidetracked with Derek D.
