Moses Lake High School is a public high school in Moses Lake, Washington serving 2,100 students in grades 9-12. The current principal is Mark Harris.

67.5% of those who attend the high school are white, while 28.1% are Hispanic. 2% are black, 1.3% are Asian or Pacific Islander and 1.1% are American Indian or Alaska native. 45.9% of those who attend the school are from economically disadvantaged families.

The school's team name is the Chiefs. Moses Lake competes in the Columbia Basin Big Nine League in the 4A classification of WIAA. There are a variety of sports offered including:

The school has produced multiple professional athletes, including Major League Baseball catcher Ryan Doumit and Gatorade High School Baseball Player of the Year Award winner B. J. Garbe. In addition, it has produced minor leaguers Jason Cooper, Brian Skaug and Nicholas McKenzie, among others.

Moses Lake has one of the largest marching bands in the Columbia Basin, which plays for football and basketball games as well as multiple parades, including the Grand Moonlight Parade at Moses Lake's annual Spring Festival.

Moses Lake Chief Band is made up of three concert groups: Cadet Band, consisting of mostly freshmen, Concert Band, an intermediate-level group, and Wind Ensemble, the program's most advanced group. These groups play at festivals and competitions throughout eastern Washington.

In addition to the mandatory concert and marching bands, students have the opportunity to join one of the school's four jazz bands. The program started with two bands only, but strong interest caused a third band to be added. A fourth band was added for the 2016-17 school year to accommodate the increasing number of students showing interest in the program.

Moses Lake's choral program is well known for its excellence. The chamber choir has received numerous accolades and has worked with prestigious composers. Additionally, the program offers a jazz choir. This selective group has won numerous awards throughout the Northwest for its talent and overall excellence.

In 2016, Tribe Cafe opened at Moses Lake High School which serves espresso drinks and bakery items. Due to regulations, students are only able to purchase a 12 ounce beverage. Hot and Iced beverages are sold.
