MormonAd

A Mormonad is a poster which appears in each issue of the New Era, a magazine published by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They first appeared in the 1970s.

Mormonads are designed to provide spiritual and/or moral messages to their readers (who do not have to be LDS). They are usually found as one-page posters in the New Era. Mormonads usually feature a brief message, scripture reference from the Church's scriptures, and a photo-illustration or painting supporting it.
