Moresnetiaceae is a natural family of seed ferns (Pteridospermophyta) in North American and European Devonian to Carboniferous coal measures.
Moresnetiaceae were shrubs to trees with radiospermic ovules with a lagenostome and aggregated into multiovular cupules.
